We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all seals intact and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit and must arrive in good condition. We are not responsible for items that are damaged due to insufficient or improper packaging during return shipment. Items that arrive broken, leaked, or otherwise damaged may not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@organic-shop.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shop@organic-shop.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or unsealed, even within the 14-day period.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Please note: This right does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery, due to health and hygiene regulations.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
